We have selected good quality accommodation all along the Via Podiensis, mostly in 1* or 2** hotels, and sometimes in chambres d’hôtes. In order to create a logical sequence of stages, sometimes the accommodation is located off-route, requiring a small detour (as for medieval pilgrims!). With some exceptions, accommodation is on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). Dinner will be taken either in the hotel itself or in a nearby restaurant.
